Weight Loss Tips

I have just found a couple of simple and easy to follow weight loss tips. Weight loss is probably one of the main concerns we are facing everyday of our lives. That concern is pretty much evident on a lot of reading materials you find around us. What I have compiled are proven and easy to understand weight loss tips, which I believe all of you will enjoy following.

Here are my personal weight loss tips.

1. Drink at least 2 medium sized glass of water 30 minutes before meal time. -During mealtime you will feel full and you end up eating small portion.

2. Sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning. – I found out that if you have a good sleep your body metabolizes quite great. Body functions respond efficiently and correctly. Who says weight loss tips are taxing?

3. Avoid and or minimize food which contains a lot of sugar. – Who would deny or contradict with this? Sugar definitely contributes to weight gain. Not only that, it also contributes to a lot of unhealthy results in your body later on.

4. Avoid and or minimize fatty foods. – Same as the above.

5.Eat a lot of green and leafy vegetables or any vegetables for that matter. – With vegetables you can never go wrong.  Not only is it natural. It doesn’t contribute much to body weight and mass compared to unnatural food. Personally, I believe it is also better than meat.

6. Do some stretching and exercise regularly. – Now this is one of my favorite weight loss tips.

 Unused energy usually turns into fat and body mass.  Put two and two together and you got it.

7. Adopt the “do it” attitude – I found out that sometimes there are ordinary things that we postpone doing because it is not important nor it is not a pressing matter. I also found out that doing a lot of simple things now i.e. household chores, repairs etc. etc. will give you an active lifestyle and at the same time expend that extra energy.

These are simple yet proven weight loss tips that I have tried. It worked great for me and my fats are slowly yet happily going away. It is also understood that results may vary with different people. As the saying goes “different  strokes for different folks”.
